The Faces of Georgia Roof Advisors

Naomi, one of the owners of Georgia Roof Advisors, leads the company’s marketing efforts and is often seen out in the community—always proudly repping the Georgia Roof Advisors logo! She’s passionate about redefining the roofing experience by focusing on repairs and maintenance, educating both homeowners and business owners on how to extend the life of their roofs. Under her leadership, the company has embraced a repair-first mentality, extending the same integrity and personalized care to both homeowners and local businesses alike.

In addition to her work with Georgia Roof Advisors, Naomi serves on the advisory board for My Green Earth, a local, Cobb County, nonprofit dedicated to sustainability and environmental awareness. Supporting the local community is a core value for her, and she loves sponsoring local events and youth programs.

Outside of work and volunteering, Naomi stays busy with her two young children and enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hiking up Kennesaw Mountain and caring for her growing collection of plants.

James, one of the owners, is our indispensable pillar in Production and Operations, overseeing material procurement, trades, and interdepartmental coordination with finesse. Proficient in Accounts Receivable and Payable, he fosters analytics and managerial alignment. As our software expert, he excels in set-up and maintenance, particularly in estimation and ventilation solutions. With a vigilant approach to insurance compliance, James ensures adherence throughout. He upholds procedural integrity and delivers vital training.

Outside the boardroom, he's a passionate griller, avid hiker, fitness enthusiast, and cherishes quality time playing with his children—though he admits he needs to get back to hiking more and being fitter, since he went all in with our fancy systems and, well, something had to give!

Shawn comes to us with 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Starting as a laborer on a road construction crew and working his way up to one of the youngest foremen by age 21. From there he discovered his passion was in the residential industry helping homeowner's dreams come true. He developed a drive to provide people with the communication and quality they deserved. Shawn has had many roles throughout the industry, but his favorite is working with employees to help them achieve their best.

In his off-time Shawn enjoys golf, softball, building furniture, sitting around a fire with neighbors, and working on his old Corvette.

Camille came to our team armed with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management, along with an MBA in Management. She's all about the details and loves diving into challenges head-on. Camille's passion? Helping companies shine by promoting their work and services, spreading the word, and boosting Georgia Roof Advisors' marketing efforts. Her main goal is to connect companies with their target audience, making life easier for homeowners to find a reliable roofing company like Georgia Roof Advisors.

When she's not at work, Camille's off adventuring, soaking up new cultures and flavors. And she's all about staying fit and feeling great, hitting the gym daily for a dose of exercise.

Darrell’s first paycheck came from sweeping floors and cleaning up construction job sites before he was a teenager. Three decades later, he is still doing whatever it takes to get the job done well. Seventeen years of shingle installation experience has given Darrell the skills and knowledge to assist our customers and staff in a multitude of areas. Training, warranty troubleshooting, quality control, inspections, project management, and customer service are just some of the hats that he wears. His overall commitment to excellence is unmatched in the roofing industry.

In his free time, Darrell enjoys fishing, hunting, and playing golf. He and his wife Lauren are the proud parents of Ollie and Barney Meowski and Blanche La Perra.

Chase brings a rich background in electrical work to our team. Graduating as a journeyman from IEC Atlanta, he honed his skills in problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail. Transitioning into roofing, Chase discovered a passion for climbing and inspecting roofs, adept at assessing damage and foreseeing potential issues. Committed to continuous improvement, he actively pursues industry and manufacturer training to better serve homeowners and business owners.

Outside of work, Chase enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Reagan, his daughter, Carsyn, his newborn son, Carter, and spending time outdoors.

With six years of experience in sales and customer success, Ariel is passionate about guiding people through their sales journey and making the process smooth and stress-free. Ariel loves building strong relationships, finding creative solutions, and helping both customers and businesses grow.

Outside of work, Ariel is always looking for her next adventure, whether it’s traveling, trying new foods, exploring pottery, or enjoying a walk!

Tim grew up in the roofing industry and learned the trade from a very early age. He loves helping homeowners with their roofing problems and enjoys the challenge of finding effective, lasting solutions. With experience in both residential and commercial roofing, Tim understands that quick fixes, like using flex seal or cement sealer, can sometimes make problems worse by trapping moisture and causing bigger issues down the line. He’s passionate about providing expert guidance to ensure your roof not only looks great but also keeps your home and belongings safe and dry.

Bryan got into roofing at a young age thanks to his dad, who has been a roofer his entire life. Growing up around the trade, he learned the craft early on and has been installing shingle and metal roofs for as long as he can remember. Over the years, that hands-on experience developed into a genuine passion for the roofing industry.

In 2023, Bryan explored a new opportunity in car sales but always knew he would eventually return to roofing. In May 2025, he joined Georgia Roof Advisors as a Project Manager and has enjoyed being part of the team while helping homeowners navigate their roofing projects.

Outside of work, he enjoys trying new restaurants and exploring hiking trails around Georgia with his dog.

I am so excited to join the Georgia Roof Advisors team! I bring over two decades of experience in the roofing industry—everything from material runner to Quality Control Division Manager and all the roles in between. I love seeing projects through from planning to completion and helping beautify people’s homes. Outside of work, I’m a rock musician who enjoys playing drums and guitar, composing and writing original songs, and spending time with my wife volunteering at our church and exploring Georgia’s state parks.

Kevin grew up in Georgia, where he spent his teenage summers working in roofing alongside his dad, a trade he grew to love and master. After graduating from high school, Kevin continued working with his father, solidifying his skills and nurturing a passion for climbing and working on roofs.

When he's not up on a roof, Kevin loves spending quality time with his friends and family, exploring a variety of restaurants, and discovering new places. His adventurous spirit also leads him to discover and enjoy new activities and experiences across the state, making the most of what Georgia has to offer.

With seven years of experience in the roofing industry, Melissa has worn a lot of hats, from customer service and marketing to project coordination and insurance support. No matter the role, one thing has always stayed the same: she loves helping homeowners feel informed, supported, and confident from the very first conversation.

Melissa is naturally curious, loves connecting with people, and genuinely enjoys making what can feel like an overwhelming process a whole lot easier. Whether you're calling with questions or getting started on your roofing project, she's here to make sure you feel heard every step of the way. When she's off the clock, you'll probably find Melissa spending time with her spouse, family, and friends, diving into a VR game, planning her next trip, or hunting down a great local restaurant. She loves exploring new places, trying new experiences, and creating memories wherever life takes her.
